Dear Strange People,
I try to believe in the kindness of the human race, despite personal experience negating that. I especially believe in being kind to those who you don’t know. It’s easy to just see strangers as random faces that don’t pertain to you, but you never know whose life you might change. You never know if that one kind word or expression is the only one that person has heard all day. It’s not clear with strangers what’s really going on. I know what my friends and family are going through, and usually act accordingly. You really don’t know if that person you hold the door open for has just lost their closest relative, or if they just raped someone, but you can’t go around treating everyone as if they are bad just because you don’t know.
My advice to you is, be kind to those you don’t know, they might pay it forward and start a chain reaction that changes a life!
